[ACADEMIC] Chapter 3: Create Your Own Future

For this moment, I resume the chapter 3; Create your own future.

In this chapter, Brian thought about the future. How is your future? Can you make them come true? And have you planned what will you do for your future?

Brian thought that you have to think about the future. This is named Future Orientation. You know leader? Leaders have to think about the future, what they want, and what they can be done to achieve it. Leaders ae not thinking about themselves, but they also think about them team. Because the success of the team its depends on their leader. You can imagine as you are leader. Can you make your team success?

To realization your future, you can begin by practicing idealization, you can create a five-years fantasy. What is that? That is what will you do for 5 years. Think that 5 years ago you can be manager or director. That is fine. After you think about that, you find out the ways to get that dreams

After you think about the future-orientation and idealization, you also imagine no limitation. Imagine you have all the time, talents and abilities. Many people unconscious that their imagine on past are achieved on present.

Peter Drucker said that We greatly overestimate what we can accomplish in one year. But we greatly underestimate what we can accomplish in five years

After you do the future-orientation, idealization and imagine, you have to do action-orientation. That is a final what have you do for your five years fantasy.
